What We Do

Education and Career

Recognizing education as the base for empowerment, we focus on educational empowerment of girls through awareness generation, academic counseling, guidance, and admission facilitation from grass root level to the higher educational pursuits. Our team disseminates information regarding job opportunities and trains aspirants to face the selection process

Skill Development

The Women’s Manifesto would also strive to enhance the skills and competencies of its target group by soft skills training and personality development programs and prepare them to be active contributor of nation building. We conduct leadership development program with the objective of training and empowering emerging women leaders. We provide adolescent training and counselling services and marital enrichment programs in developmental perspective.

Economic Empowerment Program

The process of empowerment is incomplete without means of livelihood and financial empowerment. The entrepreneurship development programs would help them identify their potential and gain financial independence through self-initiatives as well as through Self Help Groups. Further, the collective interest of self-employed and entrepreneurs also is concern of the organization.

Social Welfare

Empowerment of women and girls from poor and marginalized community leading to improvement of their lives, livelihood and health is essential for development of nation. We perform this through well-planned and comprehensive program to fulfill their needs of food, cloth, and medical aid with the help of philanthropist government and non-government agencies.

Legal Awareness

Justice, equity and safety of children and women are of more important to protect their dignity and promote peace and harmony. In order to protect dignity of our women programs are designed for legal and social awareness and thereby to empower themselves.

Research and Advocacy

Being half of human race, women have a constructive role to play in the policy making so as to create a society where women are treated with respect and dignity and are free from all forms of violence and discrimination. The Research and Development Team of Women’s Manifesto collects data on women related issues and brings forward women’s concern to decision makers for formulating improved legislation.
